Lapey.mu is looking for a Sales Executive to support the growth of its cloud payroll solution.
Description
This B2B sales role is suited to someone who can understand business needs, clearly communicate value, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth with professionalism.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Mauritius.
Prospect and engage clients through calls, emails, meetings, networking, and referrals.
Understand client needs and recommend Lapey.mu as a suitable solution.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, both in person and online.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Follow up on leads, proposals, and sales opportunities.
Work towards sales targets and revenue objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover to onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress.
Represent Lapey.mu professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
Experience in software, SaaS, payroll, HR, ERP, or similar solutions is an advantage.
Understanding of payroll-related business needs or the Mauritian business environment is a plus.
Valid manual driving licence.
